Five Suspects Appear In French Court Charged With Nice Terror Attack
Five suspects have appeared in court in France charged with terror offences in relation to the Nice truck attack.
The four men and one woman, aged between 22 and 40, are accused of helping driver Mohamed Lahouaiej-Bouhlel prepare the terror attack. One of the suspects returned to the scene of the attack the following day to film the aftermath, French prosecutor Francois Molins said.

State Of Emergency Declared In Turkey
Turkey's president has declared a state of emergency for three months following Friday night's failed army coup.
The emergency allows the president and cabinet to bypass parliament when drafting new laws and to restrict or suspend rights and freedoms. Speaking at the presidential palace in Ankara, Recep Tayyip Erdogan vowed that "all the viruses within the armed forces will be cleansed".
Thousands of people have been arrested or sacked since the failed coup. More than 600 schools have also been closed and thousands of state workers sacked in a crackdown by the president.

Serviceman Threatened Near RAF Marham Norfolk
A serviceman has been threatened with a knife near an RAF base in Norfolk.
Police said he was approached by two men, near the married quarters at RAF Marham in the Burnthouse Drove and Ladywood Road area, on Wednesday. They threatened him with a knife before making off in a dark coloured car, police said.
The Metropolitan Police said anti-terror officers were aware of the incident but said "the investigation remains with the Norfolk Constabulary".

Knife Wielding Man Attacks Family At French Holiday Park
A woman and her three daughters have been attacked by a knife-wielding man at a holiday site in the south of France, according to French media.
Three victims were seriously injured and taken to hospital after the attack which happened around 10:00 local time (08:00 GMT) near Sisteron.
A man, 37, was arrested trying to leave the scene in a vehicle. Some reports suggest the family was targeted for being too lightly dressed but there was no official confirmation.
A local official was quoted as saying the motive was still "very vague".

Three People Dead After Shooting In Spalding Lancashire
Three people have died in a shooting near a swimming pool in Lincolnshire, police have said.
The suspected gunman was among the dead in the shooting near the Castle Swimming Pool in Spalding.
Lincolnshire Police, who were called to Pinchbeck Road at about 09:00 BST, said no shots were fired by their officers. Those killed are believed to be two women and a man. Police said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
Members of the public were urged to stay away from the area.

IS Flag Found In Room Of German Train Attacker
A hand-painted flag of so-called Islamic State has been found in the room of an Afghan asylum seeker accused of carrying out an axe and knife attack on a south German train, officials say.
The 17-year-old injured four people from Hong Kong, one critically, in the attack in Wuerzburg on Monday evening. He was shot dead by police as he fled. He had shouted Allahu akbar" ("God is great"), a witness said.

Two teenagers playing Pokemon Go late at night in their car in Florida were shot at by a householder who mistook them for burglars, police say.
The man said he shot at their car after they refused to stop when he challenged them on Saturday. They were not hurt. He said that earlier he had heard the pair say "did you get anything"?
